Text extracted from these documents through OCR processing.
Basic app usage data required for the functioning and improvement of the service.
2. How Your Data Is Used
Information processed by Zapslip is used solely to:

Extract structured information from financial documents.
Allow users to review and manage extracted data.
Improve the functionality and reliability of the application.
3. Data Retention
Any uploaded images or extracted data may be stored for up to 30 days to allow users to access their processed information. After this period the data may be automatically deleted unless the user removes it earlier.

4. Third‑Party Services
Zapslip was developed with assistance from Manus AI. Manus AI helped during the development process of the application.

If the application uses any cloud processing services in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Permissions Used by the App
Camera: Used to capture images of slips and invoices.
Storage / Files: Used to store scanned documents locally.
Internet Access: Required for optional cloud processing or updates.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
